3. 100% Client-Side Processing & Data Ownership

All file processing, image compression, and resume generation take place exclusively inside your device's web browser using client-side JavaScript and HTML5 APIs. Your images, signatures, resumes, and personal details are never uploaded to, transmitted across, or stored on our servers.

You retain complete ownership, copyright, and control of all text, images, and documents you process through ApplyReady. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right to process and use any materials you input into the tools.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ApplyReady only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the tools to forge, falsify, or fraudulently alter official government credentials, signatures, or certificates.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or compromise the availability or security of the website.
• Use automated scripts, scrapers, or bots to flood or abuse the service infrastructure.

5. Disclaimer of Official Affiliation

ApplyReady is an independent utility and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the Staff Selection Commission (SSC), Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS), National Testing Agency (NTA), Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), or any other government board or university.

Exam guidelines, photo dimensions, file-size ranges, and format requirements change periodically. Users must always verify their specific submission guidelines with the official examination notification or portal before submitting documents.

While we strive for extreme precision in file byte limits, canvas dimensions, and vector PDF standards, we do not guarantee that generated files will meet every third-party portal's idiosyncratic validation checks.
