Key Guidelines to Avoid RRB Application Cancellation
- File Size Outside 30 KB to 70 KB: Note that RRB has a higher minimum threshold (30 KB) than SSC or IBPS. Files below 30 KB are rejected.
- Unacceptable Background: RRB insists on a plain white background. Colored walls, scenic photos, or shadows behind the face cause rejection.
- Signatures in Capital Letters: Signing in ALL-CAPS is not accepted. Your signature must be in your regular cursive writing.
- Accessories: Caps, hats, dark sunglasses, or heavy tinted glasses are strictly forbidden.
- Unclear Signatures: Crop closely around the ink strokes to maintain crisp lines without excessive blank paper margins.
